Absolute Beginners 2.0

We are proud to announce that the 3rd and final yoga program in the Absolute Beginner series in now available for download in your Gotta Joga App.
Like the first two Absolute Beginner Programs 0.0 and 1.0, also the Absolute Beginner 2.0 consists of 6 sequences between 20-30 minutes that you can use to learn and practice yoga at home. This program helps you to deepen your asana (yoga pose) practice. In the beginning of each sequence you will first warm up your body and focus your mind with sun salutations.
You will repeat and learn new hip opener poses: lunge, lizard, Warrior 2, butterfly and squat. You will open your shoulders and do some balancing in tree pose variants in sequence 3. You will stretch your legs on the floor in Janu Sirsasana, Head-to-Knee Pose. In the final sequence, you are no longer an absolute beginner, and will start learning your first arm balance, Bakasana, the crow pose.
