Happy New Year 2017 !

Our yoga philosophy is that everyone can do yoga.

Yoga is great because it offers something to everybody. Whether it is just breathing, lifting your arms or doing a handstand. The most important thing is to learn to know yourself. What your body is capable of doing, what is too much, which thoughts are unnecessary, which emotions too strong and so on. And the beauty is that with yoga, you can learn all of this.

Our yoga teacher is Anu Visuri.

Anu is Finn, who after years of living in Tokyo, Japan is now settled down and teaching yoga in Munich, Germany. She is a professional yoga teacher who has teacher trainings on Sivanada, Anusara and Yogamazé yoga.

(Sivananda and Anusara are different styles of hatha yoga. The word hatha means ‘willful’ or ‘forceful’. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises: sequences of postures, pranayama (breathing) or meditation.)
