New Yoga Programs “Absolute Beginners 0” and “Absolute Beginners 1”
We are excited to share with you new yoga programs:
“Absolute Beginners 0” and “Absolute Beginners 1” with yoga teacher Anu Visuri.
Right on time for your summer holidays: we have launched new yoga classes for Absolute Beginners. The whole Absolute Beginners 0.0 yoga program is for FREE when selecting “beginner” as your yoga level.
Are you a (very) stiff? Maybe carrying around extra kilos/pounds? Not doing any particular sport regularly?
With our new Absolute Beginners yoga programs you will learn yoga from the very beginning: breathing, moving in the rhythm of your breath, basic poses like downward facing dog, forward fold and mountain pose.
We are introducing alternative ways of practicing for different bodies. For example: if you are stiff, you can use blocks under your hands in standing forward fold or if you are not strong enough to hold your plank you can place your knees on the floor. Keep practicing regularly and you will soon notice the progress!
The absolute beginner yoga classes range from 10 to 25 minutes, starting from simple and short and increasing length and complexity little by little.
There are 3 yoga classes currently available in the Absolute Beginners 1 program. We will publish 3 more Absolute Beginner 1 classes later this summer.
